Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a software delivery team, ensuring smooth Agile processes and predictable, high-quality delivery. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. Project A long-term engagement for a UK-based manufacturing client, focused on production planning and resource management systems. Responsibilities - Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives - Help the team follow Scrum principles and continuously improve its ways of working - Identify and remove impediments, and escalate risks and blockers in a timely manner - Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization - Track team progress and metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery predictability) and share transparent reports with stakeholders - Collaborate with developers, QA, and the client side to keep communication clear and expectations aligned - Coach the team on Agile practices and foster a culture of ownership and accountability Requirements - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams - Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Kanban frameworks - Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools) - Experience working with distributed teams and international clients - Experience in manufacturing or ERP/MRP projects is a plus - Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills - Proactive, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a part-time setup - Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is an advantage - Upper-Intermediate English or higher What We Offer - Transparent strategy and thoughtful management that keep everyone aligned - Space for personal growth and career development without limits - A culture of continuous learning: internal courses, workshops, and English classes twice a week - Skill up events where we share experience and stay on top of trends - Competitive perks: flexible schedule, a strong compensation package, support for professional certifications, and generous vacation policy - Team spirit that thrives through regular events, gatherings, and celebrations
