Product Manager - Financial Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Credit Financial Services team. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our credit systems and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of our Indonesian customers. This role requires a proficient Mandarin speaker who can effectively manage product lifecycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Gain a comprehensive understanding of the credit system and actively engage with local financial institutions for product audits and demonstrations. - Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication through well-crafted presentation materials and other forms of communication. - Identify and address user pain points specific to the Indonesian market; collaborate with the local operations team to propose and implement product optimization strategies. - Design and develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product requirement documents to guide the development process. - Lead and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and execution of go-to-market strategies. Requirements: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field. - At least 1 year of experience in a product management role, preferably in financial services. - Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, capable of facilitating effective discussions among stakeholders. - Ability to convey complex business or technical information clearly and effectively. - Strong analytical skills and logical thinking ability. - Demonstrated leadership with a commitment to driving team success and strong ownership of projects.
