Senior Early Career Recruiter

You will own end-to-end recruiting for interns and early-career talent, initially in software engineering. You will build and execute an early-talent hiring strategy with program and engineering leaders, source candidates through universities, technical communities, bootcamps, apprenticeships, and events, and create rigorous evaluation processes. You will use pipeline and hiring data to improve outcomes, build scalable systems and partnerships, support candidate experience, and recruit for other technical roles outside peak cycles.
