Senior Project / Delivery Manager

Required skills: Delivery Management, Project Management, Intelligent Automation, P&L Management, Presales Consulting, Business Process Management We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Project / Delivery Manager to join and strengthen our Intelligent Automation (IA) Practice in Poland. In this role, you will be the backbone of our client-facing delivery operations, responsible for managing mid-to-large-sized project portfolios across diverse engagement models (Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services). Responsibilities Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects for enterprise end clients, ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery Manage diverse commercial and delivery models, including Fixed Scope, Time & Materials (T&M), and Managed Services agreements Take full ownership of project financials, budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability for the assigned portfolio Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders by leveraging knowledge of the IA tech stack Participate in pre-sales activities, scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches Provide business consultancy to clients to help them identify automation opportunities, scale their IA programs, and maximize ROI Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing as part of the Intelligent Automation resource structure Mentor junior and mid-level project managers and collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business analysts Maintain exceptional communication standards with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and delivery teams, drive alignment and manage expectations proactively Requirements 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within the IT / Consulting / Software development industry, with a strong focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle, with high Intelligent Automation literacy Familiarity with leading IA stacks such as RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow technologies (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian) Expertise in managing P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services) Showcase of a results-oriented mindset with experience delivering complex, mid-to-large-scale portfolios for international end clients Background in supporting pre-sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and delivering business consulting or advisory services to clients Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English Nice to have Fluency in Polish or other European languages We offer We gather like-minded people: Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernization Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture Hybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within Poland Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually Business-driven relocation opportunities We provide growth opportunities: Career development programs Thought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programs Certification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS) English classes We cover it all: Stable pay Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) Referral bonuses up to $2,000 Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and more Corporate, social and well-being events Please, note: Benefits listed above are available to employees only We are open for working with Contractors.
