Job Title: Gas Engineer Location: London (Office based in Wimbledon) Employment Type: Temp to Perm Rate: £29 per hour (first week), rising to £33 per hour thereafter Recruiter: Valoris Group About the Role We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Gas Engineer . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a competitive rate and the chance to secure long-term employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for fault finding, repairs, servicing, and installation of domestic boilers and heating systems across London. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair faults on domestic boilers and heating systems Carry out servicing, maintenance, and installation work Ensure all work meets Gas Safe regulations and relevant safety standards Attend callouts and emergency breakdowns promptly Keep accurate records of all jobs completed Liaise with clients, tenants, and the Snowik office team in Wimbledon Work independently to manage workload and deadlines Requirements Gas Safe registered NVQ - Plumbing and Heating Proven experience in boiler fault finding and repairs (domestic + commercial) Relevant ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, etc.) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Own tools (specialist equipment supplied where necessary) Excellent customer service and communication skills Package & Benefits £29 per hour for the first week (induction) £33 per hour thereafter Company van provided for work purposes Parking, ULEZ, and Congestion Charge covered for company van via Autopay Temp-to-perm role with long-term career potential
