Описание: The company develops a mobile app and web platform in the fintech industry. Задачи: Own the UX/UI direction for key product areas and ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms; Develop and improve UX/UI solutions based on user research, business goals, and product requirements; Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for mobile and web platforms; Create and maintain consistent, user-friendly, and visually appealing UI designs; Conduct UX research, including competitive analysis, user interviews, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis; Monitor industry trends and implement modern UX and UI best practices; Collaborate with product managers, analysts, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle. Требования: Independently drive the full design process, from problem discovery and research to final UI implementation; Strong understanding of product thinking and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints; Portfolio featuring fintech projects and strong UX/UI case studies; Proven UI design skills with the ability to create and improve high-quality visual interfaces; Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries; Experience with UX research and analytics tools; Structured thinking, strong visual design skills, and attention to detail; English B2+ (spoken and written).
