Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IT Business Analyst Responsibilities: Design reporting solutions and define requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, Business Analysts, IT Analysts, developers and testers Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with the target picture and support sustainable, reliable outcomes Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team Facilitate understanding of business requirements and their impact on technology Facilitate understanding of technical solutions and their impact on business processes Requirements: Proven experience in IT and/or business solution analysis 3+ years as IT Analyst Understanding of data flow integration Ability to analyze data content and behaviour using SQL Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to elicit, analyze and document business requirements Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics Self-driven and collaborative team player Nice to have: Knowledge of trading and/or transaction reporting Experience with XSLT Experience with BDD Experience with Communication Layer Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code Familiarity with capital markets processes and flows Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
