We are looking for Financial Analyst to join our team in Germany. Job Responsibilities: Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate, transparent and timely manner Communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in comparison to prior year(s), forecast and budget Manage the SBU´s financial monitoring and reporting systems Manage global sales accruals processes for the SBU Act as a financial partner of the Sales Team Research and report on factors influencing business performance, and adjust reporting requirements accordingly (set new KPI´s when needed) Conduct reviews and evaluations for performance improvement opportunities Supervise annual internal audit processes, provide support and/or guidance to the plants in relation to SOX audits Communicate, monitor and ensure compliance to the companys guidelines and procedures Implement robust communication processes with the plants Prioritize tasks and requirements diligently, whether routine or ad-hoc Ensure that all statutory requirements of the various legal entities are met Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting Team player Excellent communication skills Proficient in SAP (relevant module) Proficient in standard Microsoft Office solutions, especially Excel & Access Proficiency in English and German languages What you can expect next: The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role.
