Data Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a modern, international company operating in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will take ownership of data processes, lead analytical initiatives, and support digital transformation projects. The client  is one of the largest and most well-known retail chains in Lithuania. Key Responsibilities Working with large databases, processing and organising data Analysing performance indicators, identifying risks and providing conclusions and insights Investigate and solve data issues: data quality, data discrepancies, missing data Digitalization of reporting. Transforming from excel to PowerBI Leading of retail budgeting and targeting processes Leading of internal ERP system (WWS) support and changes Analysing, assessing, optimising and implementing processes and needs Lead analysts team and set priorities to follow companys needs Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Econometrics, Applied mathematics, Statistics or similar 2+ years relevant work experience Experience with SQL Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and PowerBI Experience with BI tool, Python/R would be considered as an advantage Fluency in English Curious, detail-oriented, thorough and well-organized mindset Able to prepare and present analytical information for highest level management (PowerPoint knowledge is big advance) Eagerness to learn new things through close collaboration and challenging projects Company Offers Your work will have a direct impact on the company's results We will implement your good ideas almost immediately not waiting for the approval of the headquarters somewhere in the world You will not be bound by corporate processes Your work has to be innovative and meaningful, we do not want to follow trends, but set them Last but not least, we mainly offer a fair reward and the possibility of professional growth and education, also a great bunch of people around and a legendary company events Motivating salary package (gross): 2040-3060 EUR Hybrid work model
