Technical Architect & Director

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a talented Technical Architect & Director to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive the architecture and development of complex software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, combined with excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor our development teams. Responsibilities: Define and drive the technical architecture strategy for our software products and solutions. Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust software systems that meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our technical roadmap. Oversee the development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical assessments to ensure quality and alignment with architectural principles. Serve as a subject matter expert on software architecture and design patterns, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and development teams, to drive alignment and collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with at least 8 years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in software architecture design principles, patterns, and methodologies. Hands-on experience with modern software development technologies and frameworks. Experience leading and managing development teams in an Agile environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
