Business Analyst – Banking & AI Location: Brussels, Belgium Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP Experience: 2–4 years Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst to support requirements engineering, business process analysis, and collaboration with product and technical teams within a banking environment. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements. Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to define and clarify requirements. Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in quality management reviews. Ensure requirements are clearly understood by all relevant team members. Translate business requirements into clear and structured test conditions. Support effective communication between business and technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 2–4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in requirements management and requirements engineering . Understanding of business process management . Knowledge of data concepts and data modelling . Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities. Strong understanding of banking processes and workflows . Excellent communication skills in: Dutch French English Nice to Have Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) . Experience with Agentic AI . Familiarity with conceptual modelling techniques. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Structured approach to problem-solving.
