Product Management, Private Bank

Client Overview: Our client is a leading Asian private bank with a strong presence across Hong Kong and Singapore. Known for its Integrated product platform, stable balance sheet, and long-term client relationships, the bank is expanding its product management team to support business growth across FX, equities, fixed income, structured products, and funds. As a member of the product management team, you will help maintain a comprehensive and compliant platform across asset classes. You will support product due diligence, monitoring, and post-trade reporting, and ensure all documentation and processes adhere to regulatory standards across Singapore and Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities: Support product due diligence reviews and approvals Maintain and update product documentation, risk ratings, and records Monitor product performance and conduct periodic reviews Prepare reports and data presentations (e.g. MIS, post-trade) Assist in product setup and ongoing maintenance Participate in system testing and enhancement projects Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation Develop and maintain product-related policies and procedures Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold platform quality and efficiency Requirements: 5+ years experience in investment product management within a private bank Solid knowledge across asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, structured products, and funds Strong understanding of product lifecycle and regulatory frameworks Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven Familiar with risk management and compliance practices Good communication skills Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently Strong sense of ownership and accountability EA No 23S1936
