ServiceNow Architect

We are AIDA Recruitment a technology and artificial intelligence-based employee search agency. For our client, we are looking for a ServiceNow Architect. IF YOU ARE Experienced in the ServiceNow platform (5+ years) including a sound understanding of CSM, ITSM, Event Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions. Experienced with complex ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services (including design and TMF API for Telecom) Familiar with prepping HLDs, LLD using Archimate or similar architectural modeling tools. Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. Familiar with IT operations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CAD or CSA YOU WANT TO Serve as the subject matter expert for Telecom operations and best practices, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and project teams. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow integration best practices and solutions. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and process flows. Identify integration points and technical dependencies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of integration logic and interface configurations.
