Position Description Tenna is searching for a Director of Product to translate our product vision and strategy into clear, actionable plans that drive execution across multiple product teams. This leader will manage and develop a global team while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day work required to deliver sophisticated B2B SaaS, mobile, and hardware-enabled products. The ideal candidate is a practical, low-ego product leader who can move easily between setting direction and ensuring work gets done. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to establish priorities, communicate progress, remove obstacles, and deliver products that solve meaningful problems for customers. This is not a strategy-only position. You will stay connected to execution, regularly assess product progress, use data to inform decisions, and hold teams accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes.
