Graphic / Web Designer

We’re a UK digital agency specialising in private healthcare and clinic brands , and we’re looking for a talented full-time Graphic / Web Designer to join our remote team. Please note: this is a full-time position with fixed working hours — it is not flexible freelance work. You must be available throughout your agreed working hours, work a full 8-hour day, and be comfortable communicating with our team regularly via Zoom and Slack . You’ll work across clinic websites, landing pages and digital marketing creative, turning briefs into polished, premium designs that are clear, modern and conversion-focused. What you’ll do • Design landing pages, homepages and key website sections • Create strong web design concepts and layouts in Figma • Prepare clean, organised Figma files and assets for developers • Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator where required • Create ongoing website and marketing assets for healthcare brands • Work closely with our team and iterate quickly from feedback • Attend regular Zoom calls during working hours What we’re looking for • Individual designers only — no agencies or teams • Fluent written and spoken English • Available full-time for a fixed 8-hour working day • Available and responsive during agreed working hours • Excellent Figma skills • Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills • A portfolio showing real landing-page and website design work — not template reskins • Comfortable with regular communication via Zoom and Slack • Reliable, responsive and able to work to deadlines • Available to start ASAP Nice to have • Previous healthcare, medical or clinic brand experience • Good overlap with UK working hours — Eastern Europe and Latin America (including Argentina) can work particularly well How we work • Full-time, remote and ongoing • Fixed working hours — not flexible freelance hours • Regular communication, briefs and feedback via Zoom and Slack • Fast-moving projects with clear creative direction • During the selection process, we’ll ask you to walk us through real design work and your process , ideally using Figma source files — not just portfolio screenshots How to apply Please include: A link to your portfolio — Behance, Dribbble, personal website or Figma 2–3 landing pages or web UI projects you personally designed Your time zone and confirmation that you can work fixed full-time hours with good UK overlap Your earliest available start date We’re reviewing applications as they come in and are looking to hire as soon as possible .
