Задачи: Lead the Commercial teams during annual business planning and quarterly forecasting by providing financial and business analysis in collaboration with the Finance Centre of Excellence; Analyze commercial plans to ensure financial expectations are achieved; Prepare monthly and weekly reporting to track current sales evolution and analyze variances against the plan or forecast; Investigate and explain Market and Cluster performance, outlook, and risk profiles through analysis and collaboration with Commercial teams; Provide decision support to Commercial teams to optimize sales and profit growth; Manage Trade Spend funds to optimize ROI and meet financial objectives; Support system and process improvements through collaboration with the Centre of Excellence and engagement with the Commercial team; Facilitate inter-departmental communication. Требования: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; At least 3 years of business experience; Open, direct, and respectful communication style; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment; Ability to deliver quality output while meeting tight deadlines; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
