As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Payments Services IT, you will be working for our client, a leading global banking and financial services organization operating across 64 countries. Your main responsibilities: Design, develop, and update API/micro(nano)service architecture and documentation, ensuring robustness and scalability. Deliver high-quality code to support critical customer interactions and payment processes. Embrace emerging technologies, advocating for their integration into platform solutions. Review and sign off on user stories authored by Business Analysts and low-level designs produced by Technical Architects. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles. Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve development blockers and maintain project momentum. Maintain open communication channels with technical architects and management to provide progress updates and escalate issues. Contribute to continuous integration/delivery pipelines, facilitating automated deployments using CI/CD tools. You're ideal for this role if you have: 5+ years of experience in full stack development within financial or similar enterprise environments. Proficiency in traditional technologies such as Bash/Shell, Groovy or Java, Unix/Linux, Jenkins, and GitHub. Experience working with cloud-native tools and platforms, including Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Istio Service Mesh. Proven ability to design, build, and maintain distributed, containerized platforms delivering robust payment solutions. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. It is a strong plus if you have: Certifications or experience in cloud architecture or microservices design. Additional expertise in AI or emerging digital technologies. Language required for the role: Good command of English (communicative proficiency).
