In this role, you will contribute directly to the production of high-precision components and support the successful realization of both prototype and production hardware. Your Tasks Create and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and drilling operations on high-precision components Develop CAM programs using Hypermill based on technical drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing requirements Select appropriate tooling, machining strategies, and cutting parameters to ensure quality, efficiency, and machine utilization Support the development of manufacturing processes for new parts, prototypes, and process improvements Plan and prepare manufacturing orders while coordinating with engineering and production teams Validate machining programs, perform process analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and the reliable operation of manufacturing equipment Your Qualifications Must-Have Several years of hands-on experience in CNC programming for milling, turning, or multi-axis machining centers Strong experience creating CAM programs using Hypermill Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD data, and manufacturing specifications Experience programming and optimizing complex, tight-tolerance components Solid understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and manufacturing best practices Strong quality mindset and attention to detail Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken Nice-to-Have Experience in the aerospace industry or other high-precision manufacturing environments Experience supporting prototype manufacturing activities Continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience Familiarity with CAD systems and engineering collaboration workflows Experience in production planning or manufacturing preparation We Offer Atmosphere: Experience life in an international & dynamic New Space start-up Flexibility: Fit your working schedule to your needs with flexible working hours Home Office: Full-time employees benefit from one day per week home office Health: Sweat, stretch or squat it out with EGYM Wellpass Paid Time Off: 30 days annual leave and speacial leave days Team Culture: Join regular company and team events Parking: Free parking for your car or bike Insights Ready to take the next step?
