Задачи: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions; Develop, implement, and maintain weekly and monthly KPIs for commercial segment stakeholders across Postpaid, Prepaid, and Fixed; Prepare data and analysis for marketing and sales campaigns, including Cross Sell, Up Sell, and Churn Prevention; Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue and LTV growth and market expansion; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities; Provide commercial insight on month-end results, trends, and follow-up actions; Clearly articulate standard KPIs to segment stakeholders; Act as an internal consultant using analytical skills to answer critical business questions. Требования: 4+ Years of professional experience as an analyst or senior analyst, preferably in a contract-based industry, market research, or consumer research with a focus on business data analysis, insight generation, and planning; Proficient in SQL and data manipulation with Python or R; Experience with an analytical or visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau; BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Economics, or a related field; Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and integrate them into daily work; Understanding of data warehouses and ETL principles; Experience with an ETL platform such as Airflow or Informatica; Willingness to learn new skills on the job; Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; Nice to have: Postgraduate degree in a data science-related field.
