Chief Specialist, Technical Supply Chain Management - Material Analysis

Lead material planning and forecasting based on maintenance schedules and operational requirements. Manage end-to-end procurement of aircraft spare parts, tools, and technical materials. Ensure timely material availability for scheduled maintenance and AOG requirements. Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess or obsolete stock. Negotiate with OEMs and suppliers and manage vendor performance. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company procurement policies. Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Finance, and Stores teams to support operational excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Technical Supply Chain, Material Planning, or Technical Procurement. Minimum 5 years of aviation experience (Airline/MRO preferred). Strong expertise in aircraft spare parts procurement, inventory planning, supplier management, and AOG support.
