Fullstack Engineer (.NET/React)

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications using .NET and React technologies. What you get in return Flexible cooperation model Hybrid work setup – 6 days per month in the office in Kraków - remote days available depending on the client’s arrangements Collaborative team culture – work alongside experienced professionals eager to share knowledge Continuous development – access to training platforms and growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits – including Interpolska Health Care, Multisport card, Warta Insurance, and more High quality equipment – laptop and essential software provided Daily tasks: - Implement solutions following established design patterns and engineering best practices. - Analyze business and technical requirements and propose effective improvements. - Lead UI/UX enhancements to improve usability and application stability. - Engage in DevOps automation and drive improvements in CI/CD lifecycle. - Manage changes according to service management lifecycle principles. - Participate in software architecture design and contribute to prototype development. - Deliver exceptional customer support by troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. 7+ years of professional experience in production application development within the .NET ecosystem . Strong C# and Web API development expertise; knowledge of secure and scalable backend services. Hands-on experience with React for building interactive and high-performance web interfaces. Strong database design and SQL skills , particularly with SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, performance tuning). Experience in DevOps , including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring practices. Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) – from requirements gathering to production deployment and maintenance. Analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for code quality and performance. Fluent English (spoken and written) required; Polish language proficiency is an advantage.
