Agile Delivery Engineer

Role Overview ADE is responsible for delivering and managing SFC (Singapore Flying College)'s applications through technical excellence, infrastructure engineering, and DevOps practices. This role orchestrates end-to-end delivery from planning through production. Combine servant leadership, project governance, and hands-on DevOps to ship secure, reliable, and cost-effective applications. Align product, engineering, security, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Agile delivery Facilitate stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros; enforce DoR/DoD. Drive backlog readiness with POs; story mapping, sizing, capacity/velocity tracking. Remove impediments; manage dependencies across squads; coach Agile/Lean practices. Project management Define scope, milestones, timelines, budget, and resourcing; maintain integrated plans. Run RAID management, change control/CAB/PGSC, and executive/status reporting. Coordinate vendors/SOWs; manage regulatory/compliance deliverables and audits. Application delivery Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/GitHub); promote trunk-based development and quality gates. Environment management (dev/test/UAT/prod), secrets/config, and access control. Release engineering: runbooks, blue/green/canary, feature flags; post-release validation. Security and quality: secrets scanning, policy gates; support test automation and performance testing. Observability/operations: logging/metrics/tracing, SLOs/alerts, incident response, PIRs; cost and capacity optimization. Data/AI Orchestrate agentic AI integrations; govern model usage/costs; ensure privacy and security controls; define KPIs for AI features. People and enablement Mentor teams, maintain documentation/runbooks; lead knowledge-sharing. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with SIA Infrastructure teams, Business Units (Flight Ops, SFC), and external OEMs Manage vendor relationships and technical interfaces with SFC's internal systems Translate business needs into technical specifications and measurable acceptance criteria Qualifications & Experience 5–10+ years across Scrum Master/PM and DevOps/ADE roles delivering cloud-native systems. Minimum 2 years of experience with Airlines domain (preferred) Strong stakeholder management, communication, and servant-leadership skills. Certifications: CSM/PSM Familiar with Gen AI SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Github Copilot JIRA/Confluence, Familiar with governance and change processes Proven track record in delivering complex cloud and on-premises solutions Experience managing vendor relationships and technical integrations Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and serve as subject matter expert Technical depth in: Git and CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab/Azure DevOps) Cloud and containers (AWS/Azure/GCP) Monitoring/observability (CloudWatch) and security tooling (SonarQube) Networking/OS/database fundamentals Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong technical documentation and communication skills
