WE ARE HIRING: Multimedia / Creative Designer Location: Nittambuwa, Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Automotive / Vehicle Customization / Marketing & Creative Services Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Multimedia / Creative Designer to join a dynamic marketing team and support the development of impactful visual content across multiple channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital and print materials, producing high-quality video content, developing brand assets, and supporting marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. This role is ideal for an innovative creative professional who can transform concepts into compelling visual stories while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and supporting business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Design creative artwork for digital and print marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Create engaging social media content including static posts, reels, stories, carousels, motion graphics, and promotional videos. Edit and produce professional-quality videos for branding, marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns that strengthen brand identity and market presence. Design brochures, banners, flyers, posters, catalogues, showroom branding materials, and promotional collateral. Create high-quality graphics, visual assets, animations, thumbnails, and motion graphics for digital channels. Manage and update content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Support photography and videography projects involving products, events, campaigns, and corporate activities. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and content strategies. Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate campaign objectives into effective creative outputs. Ensure all visual communications remain consistent with established brand guidelines. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Maintain an organized library of digital assets, design files, videos, and creative resources. Stay updated with emerging design trends, social media trends, creative technologies, and content formats. Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Digital Content Creation, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video editing, branding, and content creation. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects , and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling. Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of photography and videography techniques will be an added advantage. Experience with Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or digital advertising platforms is desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative visual content. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Marketing , or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite or Multimedia Design will be an added advantage.
