This is an exciting opportunity for a USV Product Manager to build our uncrewed systems offering across USV (Uncrewed Sea Vessels) and; over time, broader UxV domains. The position of USV Product Manager will define how uncrewed platforms, sensors, communications and mission software become part of our maritime domain awareness offering, turning a complex supplier ecosystem into credible, deliverable customer solutions.
Sitting within the product organisation, the role will own USV strategy, supplier relationships, solution definition and delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will combine market knowledge, customer-facing credibility, commercial judgement and enough systems-level understanding to shape turnkey USV solutions without needing to be the hands-on engineering lead.
You as our USV Product Manager will be based from our Bristol office with flexibility for Hybrid working. This role will require Global travel in support of the business, and the delivery of our projects.

Translate customer missions into system concepts, operational use cases, requirements, acceptance criteria and verification approaches
Develop reference solution architectures for integrating USV assets into our maritime domain awareness software platform
Shape integrations for sensor data, telemetry, video, AIS, radar, EO/IR, mission tasking, platform health, alerts and track fusion
