Operations Manager

We are looking for Operations Manager for Sunnies Studios who will be in charge of providing leadership to operations. Helps make policy & strategic decisions as well as developing & implementing operational policies & procedures. Job Responsibilities: Management of both company owned & consignment's operations Develop & improve management system, processes & compliance Team mentoring & apply best practices to improve sales, customer care & service. Help achieve target sales Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any course Preferably with related experience in retail, food, skin care, beauty industry Must have at least six (6) years of experience as Operations Manager Analytical, excellent organizational skills & interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office applications and/or Google tools Able to influence & motivate team
