Finance Manager

Vacancy: Finance Manager Location: Paramaribo Zuid Are you an experienced finance professional with strong analytical and leadership skills? We are looking for a Finance Manager who will manage financial processes, lead the finance team, and optimize reporting across the board. Responsibilities: Coordinate cash, bank, and accounts payable administration Prepare and monitor budgets, including monthly analyses Ensure accurate and timely (international) financial reports Manage the chart of accounts and improve administrative workflows Reconcile accounts and post journal entries Coordinate payments and tax declarations (e.g. VAT) Prepare financial data for audits and year-end closing Supervise, coach, and train finance staff Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years of financial experience with leadership responsibilities Knowledge of Dutch GAAP, IFRS (preferred), and reporting standards Experience with Exact software and MS Office (Excel, Word) Proficient in Dutch and English Analytical, accurate, and results-oriented We offer: Competitive salary A challenging role with a high level of responsibility Opportunities for professional development A dynamic and professional work environment
