Regional Product Manager - Cleaning Solutions (SEA)

Our client pioneers revolutionary ECAS-based cleaning solutions. Were seeking a Regional Product Manager to drive growth in Southeast Asia (SEA) by expanding our market presence and team. Role Overview: As the Regional Product Manager, you'll lead SEA product growth. Manage a team, devise strategic plans, and adapt HQ successes to our region. Drive sales, market analysis, and achieve annual targets. Location: Singapore Region: Southeast Asia Working responsibilities: Develop SEA business strategy for cleaning solutions. Lead, mentor, and grow the product team. Expand customer base in industrial and commercial sectors. Collaborate with HQ, apply successful strategies in SEA. Create marketing plans and monitor product awareness. Achieve market penetration and annual goals. Requirements: Having product experience in Fluid Air OR Cleaning solution Bachelors or masters in chemical, electronics engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of sales in industrial or commercial cleaning. Experience managing teams (5-10 members). Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in CRM, Power BI, MS Office. Fluent in written and spoken English
