Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Oversee content calendars and campaign execution. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI. Manage agency partners and coordinate with internal teams. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports. Qualifications & Experience Experience Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. Experience managing teams or leading campaigns. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and ad platforms. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
