Senior Well Intervention Engineer

Degree in engineering or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 10 years in well intervention (slickline, electric line, coiled tubing, hydraulic workover stimulation, fishing, well integrity, etc.). Proven track record of planning and executing interventions (workovers, stimulation, gas lift, workover re-completion, P&A, fishing, zonal isolation, well surveillance, well integrity diagnostics). Familiarity with offshore and onshore operations (deepwater experience is often a plus). Familiar with the regulatory requirement on well intervention, i.e. routine, non-routine, PE-IWR, budget process (OPEX, Prod Capex etc). Experience in managing vessel operations and support for well intervention. Capable with proven track record in supporting rig operations for offline activities related to well interventions, i.e. pre- P&A, offline perforation etc. Experience in managing deepwater intervention operations is a plus. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (subsurface, drilling, production, service companies).
