Junior Functional Analyst – Adobe AEM Location: Brussels, Belgium Work Model: Fully Onsite – No Remote Employment Type: Full-time Contract Duration: 4 months Start Date: ASAP Experience: 2+ years Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Functional Analyst to support the improvement and optimisation of a web platform built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . Working as part of the AEM team, you will act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into functional solutions while ensuring alignment with Adobe best practices. Key Responsibilities Work as part of the AEM team to support website improvements and optimisation. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Translate business requirements into Adobe AEM functionalities and components . Advise business stakeholders on Adobe best practices related to: Assets Components Pages Templates Site structure SEO Prepare user stories and functional analyses for development teams. Lead workshops to clarify business requirements and translate them into clear specifications. Conduct demos of newly developed functionalities during testing. Provide guidance and training on Adobe products, particularly AEM. Collaborate with web and design agencies. Work closely with technical teams throughout the development lifecycle. Produce clear documentation covering Adobe functionalities and components based on business requirements and Adobe best practices. Required Skills & Experience At least 2 years of experience in a similar Functional Analyst role. Practical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , particularly AEM 6.4 and/or 6.5. Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Experience leading workshops and gathering requirements. Experience preparing functional analyses and development stories. Experience delivering demos or training related to Adobe products. Understanding of UX concepts, wireframes, responsive design, and user journeys . Knowledge of SEO concepts and their relationship with AEM. Experience working with web or design agencies. Experience collaborating with technical teams. Familiarity with DevOps and Waterfall methodologies . Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Good coaching and guidance abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Knowledge of Adobe Target . Knowledge of Adobe Analytics . Knowledge of Adobe Campaign . Experience with Agile environments. Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps . Previous experience working on large-scale websites or digital platforms. Languages Dutch or French: Native English: Active knowledge Strong written English skills required. Working Arrangement Fully onsite in Brussels, Belgium . No remote option. Full-time contract.
