Position : Systems Developer Location : Bremen, Germany Type : Full-time Tasks: Development of concepts for systems and subsystems Conducting requirements analysis and management Development of specifications Conducting system integration and error detection Conducting system tests Assistance with the creation of quantity take-offs and schedules Technical proposal presentations at customer sites Assistance with negotiating technical details with customers, partners, and suppliers Assistance with the definition, planning, and monitoring of work packages (actual vs. target) Coordinating and preparing key system documents Conducting technical reviews and audits Preparing technical decision-making documents (e.g., make or buy) Preparing test concepts and documents Monitoring current technical trends Reporting and presenting development results in project status meetings Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering Several years of professional experience in a technical department Experience in the technical management of projects Fluency in German and English (spoken and written), particularly technical English Experience in modeling systems with SysML is desirable Experience in systems engineering at the system-of-systems level is desirable Experience in requirements engineering Strong intercultural skills Must-haves: Field of optronics, understanding of optronics: Knowledge of weapon systems, vehicle-based data interfaces and other infantry and vehicle sensor system Knowledge of laser technology/optronics Knowledge of the transition of components from the development phase to series production Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of laser-based measurement methods and laser measurement technology would be desirable Knowledge of laser-based code transmission methods would be desirable Knowledge of systems for implementing simulation methods for ballistic weapons, unguided missiles and guided missiles, and tracer reflections would be desirable What we offer: Join a cosmopolitan and internationally mixed team: We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and cultures to contribute their unique perspectives and talents to our team.
