THIS IS US Dott is the European champion of shared micromobility. With the mission of moving us closer, Dott facilitates easy urban travel, reduces pollution in cities, and decreases reliance on cars. THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT Full-time, permanent and hybrid (3 days/week in the office). 1 year CDD contract You will be part of the Market Development team. The team is responsible for strengthening and expanding Dott’s footprint across Europe, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives. You will be at the heart of our market expansion strategy, with a focus on public procurement opportunities. You will shape our approach to these opportunities and deliver competitive bids throughout Europe. This is a global role covering 18 countries, with a primary focus on DACH. Strategic analysis: Work with relevant team members to identify city needs and analyse the competitive landscape; develop and execute action plans to secure wins in top markets. Project management: Lead project teams on complex tenders; identify and prioritize work streams; draw on internal and external resources to deliver on time and to a high standard. Bid writing: Write high-quality bids tailored to each city's context and requirements. Ensure all responses are structured, clear, and compelling. Bid execution is a core part of the role. Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g., product, commercial, hardware) to gather input and deliver competitive bids. YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 2–4 years managing tenders (public procurement). Experience in micro-mobility tenders is a plus. Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects autonomously. Highly detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills. Structured and compelling writing skills in German and English. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Docs and Google Slides. Language: Fluent in German and English. Fluency in French is a strong plus.
