Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job description: QA Engineer: ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet the required quality standards and customer expectations. Quality Control: Developing and implementing quality control procedures and inspection processes to monitor the quality of products or services at different stages of production or delivery. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements through quality assurance practices. Root Cause Analysis: Investigating and determining the root causes of quality issues and non-conformities to implement corrective and preventive actions. Data Analysis: Analyzing quality data, test results, and customer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Testing and Validation: Developing and conducting tests and validation procedures to verify that products or services meet the required specifications and performance standards. Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality-related risks and developing risk mitigation strategies. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure that purchased materials or components meet the required quality standards. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with different departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, and customer support, to address quality issues and implement improvements. Quality Training: Providing training to employees on quality standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistent adherence to quality guidelines. Quality Auditing: Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures and ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the organization meets all applicable regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety. Requirements : Degree in Engineering or related discipline. 5+ years QA. experience in Automotive Computer literate with competence in all Microsoft applications, Minitab. Good communication & presentation skills. Good English both written and spoken. Problem Solving and Systematic Thinking Skill.
