Job Description Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as: Global Sales Performance Analyst Type of Employment: Permanent Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) THE ROLE We are looking for a hands-on Global Sales Performance Analyst to join our Global Sales Performance team supporting B2B reporting across Europe and North America. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power BI solutions, with strong capability in data modeling and data connectivity. As you develop in the role, you will build a stronger understanding of the business behind the reporting and use this to ensure outputs are reliable and meaningful from a business perspective. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build, maintain, and improve Power BI reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain semantic models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and report logic. Work with different data sources and understand how they connect into Power BI. Partner with data owners and technical teams to resolve data, access, refresh, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and optimize reports, models, and refresh processes. Validate reporting outputs and flag outputs that appear inconsistent or unclear. Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Power BI solutions. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR BSc in relevant fields, such as Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Sales/Marketing, or related. Hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions in a business environment. Good working knowledge of data modelling, particularly dimensional modelling and star schemas. Solid DAX, Data Modeling, and SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Ability to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Comfortable working through ambiguity, using available data, assumptions, and early prototypes to create clarity and move work forward. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe. Nice to have Microsoft Certification: Power BI Data Analyst Associate — PL-300. Experience working with Salesforce data. Experience with Power BI Service, deployment processes, and workspace management.
