Flutter Developer

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer to join our mobile team working on a social app for a Canadian client — a product that helps people plan and organize meetups with friends. You’ll work across the full cycle for iOS and Android alongside other Flutter developers, with AI tools as a natural part of your daily workflow. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android) using Flutter - Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as a primary part of your workflow for coding, refactoring, debugging, and testing - Integrate with Supabase, Firebase Analytics, and RESTful APIs - Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other team members - Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards - Debug and optimize application performance Requirements: - 2+ years of commercial Flutter/Dart development experience - Strong, hands-on experience with AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) - Strong understanding of state management (BLoC/Cubit) - Working knowledge of Supabase (auth, database, realtime, storage) - Experience with Firebase services - Experience with RESTful API integration - Experience with Git workflows and version control - Understanding of OOP, OOD, and design patterns - Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code - Upper-Intermediate English level We offer: - Real product, real users: Work on a live social app with an active user base, see how your features perform in the real world - Collaborative environment: A team that values collaboration, creativity, and mutual respect - Career growth: Performance reviews and constructive feedback - Generous time off: 20 paid vacation days and 15 sick leave days annually - Professional development: Compensation for courses, certifications, and other educational opportunities - Flexible work options: Work remotely or from our modern Kyiv office Recruitment Process: 1.
