What you´ll do Drive the adoption of AI and digital solutions across Global Supply Chain Operations by translating strategy into practical business use cases Enable employees to effectively understand, embrace, and utilize AI tools in their day-to-day work Act as a change agent to promote AI-driven ways of working and support successful transformation initiatives Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes Develop user capability and adoption programs to accelerate value realization from AI investments Support the integration of AI solutions into existing processes and workflows to maximize impact Monitor adoption progress and help ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value
