Our team works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their business requirements. *instinctools is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect (part-time employment) Tasks: Participate in presales, discovery, and delivery phases (as needed): discovery calls/workshops, solution shaping, high-level architecture, and estimation inputs Analyze customer business goals, constraints, and IT landscape; document as-is and define to-be / target enterprise architecture Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and validate functional + non-functional requirements, quality attributes, and architectural drivers Translate business strategy and requirements into enterprise-level architecture decisions across application, data, integration, security, and platform domains Produce and maintain key architecture artifacts (e.g., capability maps, architecture views, integration/data flows, reference architectures, ADRs) Build architecture roadmaps and transition plans (phasing, dependencies, risks, technical debt, cost/effort considerations) and support planning/estimation Define and enforce architecture governance and standards (principles, guardrails, review processes, documentation expectations, delivery quality gates) Guide delivery teams through implementation via architecture reviews, coaching, and decision support, ensuring alignment with enterprise principles Ensure solutions meet requirements (security, scalability, maintainability, compliance) and perform final architecture compliance sign-off before releas Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Our expectations of the ideal candidate: 2+ years of experience in a relevant architecture role (Enterprise / Domain / Solution Architect) 7+ years in the software engineering / IT industry Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (business + technology) Proven leadership and facilitation skills (workshops, architecture reviews, decision-making) Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) for communication with international customers Strong organizational skills, ability to work with ambiguity and multiple initiatives Team player with a coaching mindset Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data Send Data We offer: flexible working time ( Time zone: СET) professional and ambitious team learning opportunities, seminars and conferences and time for exploring new technologies full remote work Join us and be part of a team that is changing the world through technology!
