The role focuses on driving strategic hiring practices, enhancing recruitment efficiency, and building a compelling employer value proposition aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Management Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and assessing to onboarding to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Strategic Talent Acquisition Practices Apply best-in-class methods for attracting, evaluating, and selecting top candidates. Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine recruitment strategies and outcomes. Compliance, Market Awareness and Efficiency Stay abreast of industry trends and labor law updates to ensure compliance. Drive cost-effective hiring through automation, digitization, and process optimization. Strategic Integration and Data-Driven Enhancement Align branding initiatives with recruitment goals through collaboration with marketing and events. Leverage analytics and market insights to continuously refine employer branding strategies and report measurable impact to leadership. Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized body. Experience Minimum 05 years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR processes. Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and corporate communications with a proven ability to create engaging content and manage brand presence across social media and employer review platforms will be viewed favorably. Additional Qualifications & Skills A qualification in HR analytics will be considered a plus. Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
