Job Description of Solution Engineer role in Sydney/ Melbourne:
Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions
Customer Service catalog, Problem Management, Service Request, Incident Management, CMDB
including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
Ability to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platform
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Workflows, Data Transformation
Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
