The Solutions Architect & Technical Account Manager is a trusted strategic partner for clients looking to scale with confidence. For this reason, we are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous DevOps Engineer with strong communication skills . This role involves an equal split between pre-sales and solution architecture activities ( 50 %) and account management responsibilities ( 50 %) on a full-time basis. ‍ What you'll do In this role, success means: Making clients more satisfied than they are today Growing accounts (revenue and value) Supporting pre-sales and helping win new clients From day one We will introduce you to the company structure, processes, and needs. We will explain our Whys and Whats. You will join calls with our leads and current clients to get a glimpse of our Hows, and then reflect together on the What Ifs. Over time, you will become a strategic consultant for both existing and new clients—able to build strong relationships, balance both the client and company perspectives, and bring excellent technical expertise when needed.
