nCino Developer – Salesforce & Banking Requirement ID: 10984277 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Work Arrangement: To be confirmed Start Date: 30 November 2026 Duration: 6 months Experience: 8–10 years Core Competencies: nCino, Salesforce Development, DevOps/CI/CD, Banking & Financial Technology, PL/SQL About the Role We are looking for an experienced nCino Developer with strong expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System, Salesforce Apex, and banking/loan solutions . The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with nCino's core modules, Salesforce development, integrations, CI/CD processes, and database technologies. You will work in an Agile environment to design, develop, integrate, and deploy solutions supporting banking and lending processes. Key Responsibilities nCino & Salesforce Development Develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System . Work extensively with nCino's core modules and banking/lending functionality. Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex . Perform nCino administration and configuration. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application and configuration issues. Integration Integrate nCino and Salesforce with external systems using: REST APIs SOAP APIs Authentication protocols Develop and maintain reliable and secure system integrations. Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues. CI/CD & DevOps Support automated deployment processes using CI/CD tools . Work with AutoRABIT for deployment automation. Use Azure DevOps for pipelines, work tracking, and development activities. Support continuous integration and continuous delivery practices. Contribute to deployment planning and release activities. Database & Data Work with SQL and database technologies . Develop and troubleshoot database queries. Apply knowledge of PL/SQL where required. Support data validation and troubleshooting across integrated systems. Agile Development Participate in Agile development processes. Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and other technical teams. Contribute to planning, development, testing, deployment, and support activities. Identify technical issues and drive them through to resolution. Essential Requirements 8–12 years of overall IT experience . Approximately 6 years of hands-on nCino Bank Operating System experience . Strong experience with nCino core modules . Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex . Hands-on experience with nCino administration . Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations . Knowledge of authentication protocols for system integrations. Experience with AutoRABIT or similar CI/CD deployment tools. Good SQL/database skills. Experience with Azure DevOps , including pipelines and work tracking. Experience in banking and/or loan processes . Experience working in an Agile development environment . Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Desirable Skills Experience with Git . Strong PL/SQL knowledge. Experience with complex banking or lending implementations. Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce/nCino environments. Experience with automated release and deployment processes.
