What you will own Run a portfolio of client projects end to end: planning, timelines, resources, priorities, and reporting Be the single point of contact for the client, from kick-off and status updates to presenting results Clear blockers with the engineers and analysts, and pick up the technical substance (data, pipelines, code) as you go Make sure checks and code review happen before anything goes to the client Escalate incidents and risks on time Build self-sufficient teams and help engineers grow Must-have Project management experience: timelines, resources, utilization, and client reporting Proactivity: goals, success criteria, risks, and blockers are fixed before kickoff Comfortable running several small teams at once English B2+ for daily work with clients in the US and Europe Nice-to-have Experience managing data, analytics, or engineering projects Technical literacy: reads code, understands ETL and BI, and speaks the same language as engineers AI tools in daily work (Claude Code, Cursor, LLMs for analysis, documentation, and review) Experience with international clients and remote teams What we offer Support growing into tech and people leadership 23 paid days off per year Corporate Claude subscription English classes and reimbursed certifications An internal knowledge base you can learn from right away: case studies, guides, architectural templates Flat structure: decisions made in hours or days How we hire HR interview Take-home case Interview with the team Offer
