WE ARE HIRING: IT Services Manager Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Food & Beverage / Retail Operations Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and technically strong IT Services Manager to lead IT helpdesk operations and ensure smooth technology support across multiple business locations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high service standards while aligning IT operations with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage the IT Help Desk, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of reported issues. Provide 1st and 2nd level hardware and application support, following up on daily tickets until closure. Perform regular system updates and oversee new IT deployments. Evaluate suppliers and manage procurement of IT equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Monitor and drive SLAs to ensure KPIs are consistently met. Ensure smooth IT operations that support overall business performance. Conduct IT training sessions for end users when required. Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT managerial role. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong leadership and people management skills. Hands-on technical expertise in both hardware and software environments.
