Задачи: Lead simple to complex programmes or projects to successful completion; Coach junior team members; Improve project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; Manage squads through closure and ensure deliverables are produced; Prepare workshops with squad leaders, including objectives, agendas, attendees, and related documentation; Support squad leaders in running workshops and producing minutes; Monitor squad and deliverable progress and produce relevant KPIs; Provide input on squad topics, the Finance Academy portal, the finance-process training catalogue, MyLearning offerings, and the AskAI project; Act as an ambassador for the Finance Academy across its initiatives; Run ad-hoc presentations independently to deliver an overview of Finance Academy activities; Identify topics eligible for support or management by the Finance Academy; Contribute to initiatives supporting Infinity identity values and the platforms community; Provide feedback and propose improvements as a member of Infinity EMEA; Contribute to quarterly organizational KPIs for F&S platforms; Review KPI files, formulas, and graphs as part of four-eyes controls; Check slide decks; Contribute to qualitative comments, including figures, year-over-year variations, and ad-hoc analysis tables; Present the complete KPI deck to the operational committee when required; Participate in presenting organizational KPIs through the Tableau Dashboard; Contribute to F&S and platform transversal projects, including headcount distribution, cost and headcount monitoring, SLA KPI harmonization, and upcoming projects. Требования: Master’s Degree in Business Management and/or Information Technology and Computer Science; At least 2 years of relevant professional experience; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel; Fluent in English; Project management aptitude; Good communication skills; Collaboration and teamwork skills; Good organizational skills; Results-oriented approach; Analytical skills; Ability to inspire others and generate engagement; Ability to lead meetings, seminars, committees, and training sessions; Ability to understand, explain, and drive change.
