Hanoi Sales Executive (Chinese speaking/Mechanical)

Job Ref: QV889796 Main Duties & Responsibilities Update and educate new products launch, consult suitable machine and solution that meet customers needs Grow new accounts, generate sales opportunities from existing customers, maintain good relationship with key customers Identify and perform market research, profitability analysis for all new business and product opportunities Follow up closely to ensure excellent pre-sales and after-sales servicing, handle customers' complaints and quality issues arise from customers' orders. Ensure to accomplish personal sales target and KPI Be the contact point between customers and internal departments (Service engineering & Sales admin), support internal departments when communicating and working with customers.
