Are you confident managing IT systems, user permissions and technical records?
Bespoke Detection Services are hiring for a Systems Administrator to take ownership of the software behind Ford’s access control system. Working with Lenel access control systems , you’ll take ownership of business-critical responsibilities, ensuring sites are kept operational and secure.
This is a long-term role based at Ford’s Dunton site. You’ll work closely with the security team and engineers to make sure access permissions are accurate, alarms are monitored and the system continues to meet Ford’s security standards.

Manage local administrator rights and process changes through the required approvals.
Keep system records and logs accurate , utilising engineer expertise where required.
Help investigate system faults and check that alarms and door controls are working correctly.
Support and train local administrators at other Ford sites when needed.
What you’ll bring
You could be an IT Technician, Systems Administrator or someone in a similar technical role. You’ll need to be computer literate, comfortable working with user accounts and permissions, and able to follow detailed security processes. An understanding of system configuration or programming concepts will help you get to grips with the training.
Knowledge of Lenel access control systems is advantageous, but not essential. We’re particularly interested in someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to detail and is happy working independently.
