We're looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Hong Kong, supporting critical FICC & Equity Derivatives trading applications .
What you'll be doing:
Provide production/application support for front-office trading systems
Monitor application health and investigate production issues
Manage incidents, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Support system releases, deployments and configuration changes
Work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, traders and business users
Perform system health checks and support operational processes
What we're looking for:
5 years of application / production support experience
Strong experience supporting securities or trading applications
Good SQL skills
Strong Linux/Unix command-line knowledge
Experience with Python and Shell scripting
Solid incident management and troubleshooting experience
Front-office / capital markets environment experience
Strong advantage:
Experience with Calypso, TBricks or Imagine , as well as exposure to FICC, Equity Derivatives or HKEX trading environments .
