Lead .NET Software Developer

Required skills: .NET Core, C#, MS SQL, Entity Framework Core, REST API, Azure, Azure DevOps, Dapper We are looking for a Lead .NET Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of an insurance platform. This role combines technical leadership with deep implementation ownership across backend, frontend, cloud, and DevOps, while championing AI adoption into the SDLC with the help of a dedicated AI enablement team to drive practical, secure, and measurable usage of tools and agents around Anthropic Claude and the AI SDLC Factory.
