Billing Specialist

In this permanent position you are pivotal in ensuring Trade Me’s debtors are managed effectively and payments are collected in a timely fashion. Based in Wellington, you will take ownership of a customer portfolio, handling everything from invoicing and statements to collections. You'll also act as a billing subject matter expert, supporting internal pricing and packaging changes while delivering a great customer experience.
