Treasury Operations Specialist - Crypto Exchange

Company Our client is a global crypto exchange Key responsibilities Execute fund and digital asset transfers on time and accurately, following company policies and transfer requirements to ensure the safety and efficiency of fund movements Collaborate closely with the finance team to track and reconcile fund transactions and balances, ensuring accurate fund consolidation Work with the operations team to participate in the optimization and efficiency improvement of the fund transfer process Collect, analyze, and report fund transfer data as requested by the operations team, providing insights to enhance operational decisions Compliance management: Comply with relevant regulations and compliance standards to ensure legal compliance of settlement and clearing operations Assist internal and external audit teams in periodic audits and inspections of fund transfers, ensuring compliance and transparency Requirements Bachelors degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields, with 2+ years of relevant work experience Experience in fund operations management within financial institutions, particularly with fintech and virtual asset fund management Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure Strong ethical standards and confidentiality awareness, with strict adherence to company policies and procedures, especially regarding digital asset management and operations Proficiency in English and Chinese is required Available to work with night and overnight shifts Application options - If you're interested in this role, click 'Apply' now.
